Marina of the Year Awards

I worked with the marina and boatyard industry to develop an awards programme to recognise excellence in practice, and then promoted the programme, accepted entries, and convened the judging process.

Entries jumped by 300% in the second year, capturing around 1/3 of the industry's operators.

This very successful programme continues in 2020, subject to Covid-19.
