Winter 2024 was a busy one with a fairly last minute call to organise the annual industry conference of the New Zealand Marina Operators Association (NZMOA).
NZMOA is a long-term client, and I am very fortunate to have a great connection with the industry through them.
The Executive invested in excellent professional speakers to deliver a huge amount of value to 140+ people at this three day event at Parliament House in Wellington.
Notably, we held the Marina of the Year Awards dinner in the Beehive while Parliament was in session! I oversee the Marina of the Year program, including entries, judging facilitation and recognition of winners.
Event management is all about logistics and lists - no one part is hard, but it all comes together in a condensed time frame meaning that time management is hugely important.
Here I am managing time in the famous corridor between Parliament House and the Beehive.
